Davenport desk, painted in Trophy and Grain Sack

This Davenport desk, from the 1800′s, was painted in two of my favorite Miss Mustard Seed colors…Trophy and Grain Sack.

Step stool, painted in Kitchen Scale

This little step stool, was painted with a sample size batch of Kitchen Scale.

Eulalie's Sky stool, without bonding agent

This is a perfect example of the chippy goodness, you hear people talk about.  This is like Nirvana, for those of us, that love milk paint!  No other paint will give you the authentic aged look, that milk paint can achieve.

This stool was painted with Eulalie’s Sky, without Bonding Agent (primer) added to the paint.

Cabinet door, painted in Trophy

This is an up-close view of a cabinet door, painted in (my favorite color) Trophy.  After two coats of paint had dried, I wet sanded the door, with hemp oil.  (Wet sanding = Apply hemp oil to your painted piece, with an old paint brush. While the oil is still wet, on the piece, sand the oiled surface with fine sand paper.  Wipe off the excess oil and you’ll have a buttery smooth finish!  I added extra depth, applying MMS A Wax.

Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint Color Pallet.

So, what’s your favorite color?  Feeling lucky?  Just follow our PINTEREST PAGE  and comment HERE.  You could win a quart size bag, of Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint, in the color of your choice, along with a Milk Paint Mixer, Paint Brush and a bottle of Hemp Oil!  You’ll be set to create your very own Milk Paint Masterpiece! Good luck and happy painting!

Hugs,
Barbara
